I have used this application ones to obtain a loan. The interface was smooth but then I have an issue with the app. I don't know if the developers of this app can work on the AI to stop the unnecessary calls to a client's number like it's distraction. Over 10 calls a days and when you pick, the call is either dropped or nobody is saying anything from the other end. Thank you.

This loan app is one of the best interms of loan tenure and interest rate. Hiwever after my last repayment,the app automatically processed another loan for me which claimed disbursed into my account but nothing seen in the account since then till now, I kept checking the app almost every minute to see if it is a mistake that has been corrected but nothing was done. All effort to speak with their customer care are to no avail and that's why I have to come here
