Great app, until you belong to more than one place that uses it... Like a Climbing wall and a Fitness Gym that both use this, and\or other facilities. Then each time you go to the facility not logged in, you need to log out, and re-login with a different account. Doing this every other day to book classes or swipe access gets annoying... Focus is on the use for the gym\facility, not the end user experience. Otherwise great app.

The team is aware of this aspect and is currently looking into options around improving this side of the app for a better user experience when multiple facilities are using our app in this fashion. Currently we don't have an eta on this but it is something we wish to improve on.

App keeps logging me out and not recognising my username/password. Have changed password multiple times but it doesn't update on the app. My password reset registers on the web portal fine but I can't check in to my gym using that.

Sorry to hear your having issues with this, I've raised this with the developers to look into further, are you able to try using the get my login option in the app instead of the forgot password, this option works a bit differently on our end, the issue appears to be the app not updating the password very quickly so it will come right after waiting

I can't login any more. The app randomly logged me out and I have changed my password several times but no luck login in. Unsure what to do, I can't sign up for any of the gyms classes which is such a pain.
I have confirmed that the most recent update should fix this issue, please ensure you update to the latest version as this should resolve the random log outs and fix the password resetting and sync issues. Sorry about your inconvenience but I hope this helps.
