TrioDesk is a remote access component integrated into the Trio device management system. It enables secure, policy-controlled remote connectivity between administrators and managed devices.
AccessibilityService Disclosure: Trio Desk uses Android’s AccessibilityService API to enable remote support on managed devices. When you turn this on, authorized administrators can view your screen and perform actions (taps, scrolling, typing) to assist with setup, troubleshooting, and configuration. This is only for authorized support sessions, sent over encrypted channels, logged for auditing, not for ads/analytics, and you can turn it off anytime in system settings.
