the app doesn't follow all the android rules of "working in the background". example: trying to track a workout that doesn't use GPS eventually DISAPPEARS if you're navigating away from the app for too long (who leaves their workout app open when working out?). the audio PLAYBACK is also buggy, and doesn't follow the basic android rules of "when a user navigates away from the app, the media should keep playing indefinitely until the user hits stop (if you navigate away from audio, it stops.)

The app shows you everything that you don't care about and then your fitness status and rings are all pretty much hidden in the last page. Good luck finding a workout you recorded if it even saved it. I just recorded an hour long kettlebell circuit and saw the recording but the only button available was to start a new workout and I bet you can guess what happened when I pushed it. yep workout restarted from zero all heart data gone.
Thanks for the feedback — and you’re absolutely right to be frustrated. Losing an hour-long workout is not acceptable.
Please contact our support team with your app version and workout time so we can investigate what happened and help prevent this going forward.

Same issue as two other people, signed up through o2 and used my code but apparently my account doesn't exist, changed the password which let me on the app and still didnt let me use the website, but removed my code so I could then only opt for a shorter trial. I can imagine this is going to be such a loss for Reebok if they don't get it fixed soon!
