Was helpful, quick and convenient the first month or so. Had no issues. The last few times I've used the app however there have been. I made my repayment, received my receipt from True, and my bank account shows payment was successful. so I was going to borrow again until I got my check, but when I open the app it says repayment failed and I go to the customer support and I get an error message content cannot be found.

I get approved for nearly every other cash advance app, especially ones that require a fee to start out with (this one being $6.99). All that set up and paid, just to instantly go to a "checking eligibility" screen for not even a few seconds and gets closed out, showing I wasn't eligible for anything ($0). Fortunately for me, it seems you're able to request a refund for that, which I sure am going to do. I'm giving 2-stars for that reason, otherwise would be one. App offers nothing more.

Update: I was able to receive a refund using the AI chatbot. Select "something else" twice until the text box appears and request a refund by typing the request. Thanks to the devs for assisting. I still think a grace period or evaluation period is a good idea to explore the functionality before being charged. Customers want to experience what they are going to pay for, not pay first without knowing the full product experience.
