Have had these hearing aids for almost 3 years now and constantly have problems with the battery usage report on this app. It's just NOT accurate at all. Yesterday morning I put the aids on, tested with the app, showing left 80%, right 90% and a few hours later both batteries were giving me the low battery sound. Shortly thereafter both batteries were dead. This happens all the time. I have unistslled the app several times and reinstalled thinking that might help to no avail.

I am having trouble adjusting to these hearing aids, I can't adjusting the volume to where I can here a person speak to me with out background noise, I can not do the same while watching television i have tried adjusting the volume on one ear but I still get background noise, I guess I will have to live with it but I don't like theses hearing aids.

I love and hate this app. The app allows you to adjust the hearing aids. It works great and I love being able to make small adjustments when I need to. It also displays your battery level...another plus. The hate part is all about the way it tracks your activity / steps. Rather than collect a full day of data, it resets to zero twice a day. Generally, mine resets about 3 am and again at roughly 6:17 pm. I usually put my hearing aids in around 6am, but the app shows 3am.
