The user guide for the app can be accessed from the app settings menu. Alternatively, you can download the user guide in electronic form from www.wsaud.com or order a printed version from the same address. The printed version will be made available to you free of charge within 7 working days.

I am having problems with my hearing aids staying connected to Bluetooth. I have to delete the app, reinstall and reprogram every morning with Bluetooth. This is annoying and problem started a few days ago. Plus the battery on the right side is 20% weaker than the left. Plus I can NOT connect with the app, telehear app. never got a number to do so
