Worst service. Add money from Cards are now available but after giving input all information of cards, it shows invalid card information. I have tried with 3 different bank's Visa debit card. Actually ad money from card options are not functional. Agents are also not available for doing transactions. Actually this is a useless mobile financial service in Bangladesh.

The application doesn't work. Presently at the start of the app it shows update required and redirects to play store, but at play store it shows no new update available. Moreover, there is no option to add money from cards. The app is actually useless at present condition.

Where is the option for add money from Sonali Bank now?? Last month I added money from Sonali Bank and now this month this option is gone? Also, permission not granted showing every couple of days and the app does not working properly. What a shame and what a service. Very disappointing.
