Ratings and reviews

Bad experience. More than a week has already passed but the Wirex card is still not issued. All the needed documents are provided from my side, verification is completed but I can't get a card and get an error: "Something went wrong. Please try again later or contact support". The latest version is installed from Play Market (1.32.47). • Card issuance in 59 sec? False! Support can't resolve the issue. How can I trust this service if even the easiest request can't be solved? Not recommended.

It was good until recently but they deleted my virtual card and now they offer new card only for EEA countries. Worthless app if you are not in eea and to be honest if you are in eea you have much better apps for crypto cards.EDIT: other reviews praise their tech support dont know why. I waited 2 days for support after i got unknown error claiming new card just to be informed that new card is only for eea residents.

I put my money on their debit card, but it had been denied by offline/online shops, websites, paypal, etc. Plus, I cant withdraw funds from it, because THERE IS NO FUNCTION FOR THIS))) Very disappointing. I just lost my money and support send me that I will be keep in touch for updates)
