Ratings and reviews

App doesn't work :/ a message was received to urgent address confirmation. but any attempt to do so result is cyclic error. Support suggestion reboot/restart/reconnect - failed. support wrote 'for some countries ,the App is temp unavailable' :/

Responsive customer chat support, but unhelpful. Can't resolve a simple application glitch after 13 days. I tried to verify my account with my passport, and then with my ID, everything was uploaded successfully. Every detail of my data is clearly visible, but the application can't proceed. I contacted support, they responded quickly, saying a specialist must enable verification, but this hasn't happened in 13 days.

User unfriendly app. No physical cards available. Virtual card is not working properly when trying to make a purchase in the store using Google wallets and google pay . The app does NOT allow to send money, it allows only to send crypto with high fees. When converting Euro to USDT, it is not possible to convert full amount, it leaves some strange amount behind. In general, very weird app. Customer support, could not help at all.. just apologizing and promising to be better in the future.
