I don't like that the machine asks for extra time up-charge IMMEDIATELY after you start the machine because it's too easy to accidentally agree to the increase. There's no confirmation of purchase or option to immediately take it back. Now I have to make sure I'm at my machine in exactly 45 minutes to make sure my clothes don't shrink because I accidentally paid for unwanted extra time. Add a confirmation of purchase like you do when starting the machine or just stop prompting for extra time.

Terrible service. I've used the Dryers in my apartment 10 times now. Every time trying to tweak the settings. No matter what I do, they do not dry my clothes. Sometimes it's as bad as need 2 entire dry cycles, and even then, they may be slightly damp. If they don't fix this, I'm going to have to get in touch with our property managers and strongly insist we switch services. This is ridiculous. They recently replaced the units in our apartment, increased the prices, and the machines are WORSE.

slow and annoying, would rather load a card. also they have features like seeing what machines are in use, etc but they're never working. 2 stars because it could be worse if they tried a little harder
