Family Pride Pay is an Android application providing the easiest and smartest complete laundry solution. This app allows you to pay for laundry cycles from your account by using Bluetooth to communicate with the washer or dryer.

Simply use Family Pride Pay to purchase credit right from the app, then use that credit for your laundry. A full accounting is available to see your transaction purchase history.

• Scan the QR code of your laundry room (one time process)
• Start laundry machines via Bluetooth by scanning QR code on the machine
• Check your card/account balance, and add value to your account for laundry.


For participating laundry rooms, you can view machine availability as well as receive alerts when your laundry cycle is complete.

I don't like that the machine asks for extra time up-charge IMMEDIATELY after you start the machine because it's too easy to accidentally agree to the increase. There's no confirmation of purchase or option to immediately take it back. Now I have to make sure I'm at my machine in exactly 45 minutes to make sure my clothes don't shrink because I accidentally paid for unwanted extra time. Add a confirmation of purchase like you do when starting the machine or just stop prompting for extra time.

I do not like this app 😭!! Love the New washers and dryers that were installed in our apartment building 🏢 this week. Went to check out the new laundry room on Friday, and found out we use a credit card 💳 or the App on your phone 📱. Tried to add cash through Cash app, but it won't allow me to 👎🏽, so I decided to research a bit more, and it appears this app is only for iPhone users only. I refuse to use my bank card 💳 to do laundry 🧺😞😞"EVERYBODY DON'T OWN AN IPHONE 😭😭🧐

the fact I cant throw a minimum amount of 5$ to do one load is ridiculous and almost feels like a small scam. im struggling with financial problems as it is and it makes you put a minimum of 10$ instead of an exact amount of what you need.
