app is dysfunctional. It's so frustrating that I'm here to uninstall it. notifications are senseless, and the pop-up on the app at random makes ordering very complicated. constantly logs you out & doesn't recognize your password. my password is the same for all food apps and has never changed. then when you try to reset it, you get an annoying notification that the reset link has expired. The app doesn't even offer all the food options that the restaurant has, going in person from now on.

App doesn't work, cannot queue order before destination opens, not even if I'm setting the pickup time to hours after the destination opens, cannot add items to bag, cannot browse any rewards nor special offers (neither points nor otherwise) as both lists are empty (devoid of options, devoid of tiers, devoid of spaces for the rewards). It might work after 9 AM when the destination opens, but 95% of your competitors around here are already open by then (McDonald's for example opens at 5AM).

Always stuck loading while going to checkout screen. I have cleared the cache, updated the application, turned on WiFi, turned WiFi off. Once on this screen I drove from work to the restaurant and had the application out and loading. It was a 15 minute drive. It was still loading and wouldn't let me do anything but go back and then try re-loading at checkout. Edit: Forgot to mention that it has done this multiple times. If it gave an error that would help. instead it keeps loading forever.
