New files in your cloud account are automatically downloaded onto your device. New files in your device are uploaded. If you delete a file on one side, it will be deleted on the other side. It works across multiple devices (your phone and your tablet). If their folders are synced with the same cloud account, they will be kept in sync with each other.

This is how Google Drive works on computers but not on Android. Two-way automatic synchronization should be an essential function of the official app. For whatever reason, it is not the case. Autosync for Google Drive is here to fill the gap.

All file transfers and communications between user devices and cloud storage servers are securely encrypted and do not go through our servers. No outsiders will be able to decrypt, see or modify any file contents.

Ratings and reviews

Definitely a handy tool and time-saver. As far as I can tell, there's no way to select stuff that falls under your "computers" tab in gDrive, but this can be worked around by starring whichever folder you want so it appears under starred. That's the only drawback I've encountered, and it's fairly minor. Rest works as expected.

Works better and much easier than I had ever imagined it would be. Great way to grab all your files off of Google Drive if you need a copy of something like all your music that's in a single folder which is better than downloading each individual file when this app can download them all at once with many choices of time of day or Wi-Fi or data or neither or one or the other. Does this job perfectly. Thanks Devs

Made my phone unusably slow. I have been cussing at this phone for 4 months... Uninstalled the app yesterday, everything came back to normal. It was only syncing a small folder with barely never any changes... edit: it was set to sync every hour I think, and the folder I was syncing had no modifications whatsoever in the last 2 months. edit2: Well my phone is working like new again. Had zero issues in multiple days now. There is very little chance I'll ever install this again...
