The Support options is very funny, can't click back or click link agent send to you, because once you need to upload photos or visit others link, then your conversation will end, then you need to go support live chat talk about the same things, then closed again then again then again... Just wanna check and ask something also cannot and useless Support Live Chat will noob systems!

This time I top up by using this app. It take more than 15 minute for the balance to change. Like pls I don't have time. I need to use it asap. 7 minutes talking to their customer service really waste my time.

Totally RUBBISH app. Purchase a sim pack RM99 with desired number, but have no option to activate it at all through the App. Chat with their customer service also copy and paste the sentences from their working manual. NOT RECOMMENDED USING TUNE TALK.
