Terrible app and service... needs OTP to login and they limit the number of OTPs to 3 per day... what a joke! Customer service is missing in action. So I bought an eSIM and could not register it. Be warned... don't waste your money, get a real operator instead

it is totally scam app and i feel very disappointed with my new register number on this app..nothing useful for those who want to try this plan..please TRY ANOTHER TELCO IS MORE BETTER..i just get this kind of scam when i just paid for first time plan using tng to activate the sim and suddenly nothing happen and sim doesn't show any activate line until now.. so frustrated..BAD SERVICE!!! I HAVE COMPLAINED ON LIVE CHAT BUT IT WAS CRASHED..LOL

It stated that device compatibility is android 8 and above can use the app, mine is android 9 but it doesn't work ? I have just updated. Can you please explain ?
