Definitely not something I would use again. Asked for a lot of info to then ask for a $90 background check. That's insane. No background costs that much. After youre done, then it says no offers in your area. lol. Youre better off posting your own cleaning ad. oh, it also took forever for them to approve your profile. Not worth it.

This app worked fairly well last year. However idk what has happened but I keep getting request that seem off, like too close to another clesn they have or I know they're supposed to have guest already. I just got a request to clean a unit TODAY that I cleaned yesterday. But guest arrive tomorrow. So I called the owner to see if he booked for one night. He said he hasn't even OPENED THE APP today. Turno sent the request 2 more times after he deleted it. This keeps happening, with him and others

Hi Tammie, thank you for writing your feedback. When a project is bid on in the marketplace the host must accept the winning bid. A different cleaner may be getting approved for the project before you're able to view it.
