This app caches constantly. Every time I clean, I get a few photos uploaded and then it crashes. After that it will only upload 2 at a time before it crashes again. Also, you're supposed to be able to go in and edit comments left for the host but whbe you go to save it, it won't let you edit. This app needs a major overhaul.

The customer service agent Anne was so helpful and was able to resolve my issue.ANNE IS GREAT and deserves 5 stars, thank you! The app is easy enough to use but unfortunately I haven't received any work from the turno platform. It glitches&gets stuck often. I'm still relatively new, it's been 3 weeks since I signed up. I make bids for every offer, I've been bidding on the lower end as advised but still haven't been successful. I am still hopeful and will continue using the app.

Decent app, and I have retained a handful of clients that I've been cleaning with for quite a while now. Never had any issues with clients payment, but I really don't like stripe. The website is easier to navigate and easier to see the calendar too. I really wish my cleaning schedule could sync with my Google calendar though. That would be very helpful.
