The customer service agent Anne was so helpful and was able to resolve my issue.ANNE IS GREAT and deserves 5 stars, thank you! The app is easy enough to use but unfortunately I haven't received any work from the turno platform. It glitches&gets stuck often. I'm still relatively new, it's been 3 weeks since I signed up. I make bids for every offer, I've been bidding on the lower end as advised but still haven't been successful. I am still hopeful and will continue using the app.

This app caches constantly. Every time I clean, I get a few photos uploaded and then it crashes. After that it will only upload 2 at a time before it crashes again. Also, you're supposed to be able to go in and edit comments left for the host but whbe you go to save it, it won't let you edit. This app needs a major overhaul.

It's okay but I find most of the posted jobs never respond to bids. I think this is because a lot of them do not have a card on file. The app will actually give you a prompt when you attempt to message them that they will not be able to respond without them adding a card on file. I imagine a card is required to make the reservation, so it seems a lot of the posted availabilities aren't real or serious. Additionally, when a bid expires, there doesn't seem to be a way to re-bid on the same one.

Even if a bid expires, you can still receive other offers from the same host.
