It's okay but I find most of the posted jobs never respond to bids. I think this is because a lot of them do not have a card on file. The app will actually give you a prompt when you attempt to message them that they will not be able to respond without them adding a card on file. I imagine a card is required to make the reservation, so it seems a lot of the posted availabilities aren't real or serious. Additionally, when a bid expires, there doesn't seem to be a way to re-bid on the same one.

Hi, Jessica! We hear you. We require hosts to add a valid payment method to ensure their account is ready to hire cleaners. Even if a bid expires, you can still receive other offers from the same host. If you still have any questions, our support team is available 24/7 via live chat at turno.com or email at help@turno.com. We're happy to assist!

The app is very use friendly. The couple of issues I've had, which were just needing to reschedule my Welcome Call, both Frank and Claire were very helpful and polite and efficient. Edited: the third party app used for payments is slow and has a high fee. This app would be way better if they went a different route for people to get paid. I'm already nervous to really use this app, because of all the bad reviews, especially those who waited/are still waiting to get money owed to them.

I've been using the app for a little over a month. I really like the idea! I've gained about 10 clients and so far they've been super easy to work with. The only problem I have is that the payout app they use (Stripe) takes out a decent fee on top of the Turnos 5%, so instead of making the $125 at the end of the day I made about $103, and from my understanding you can not use any other paying option. Also, the suggested bids are pretty low for the area I service..
