I can even log in. It says "something is going on at our end. Please try again later". I've uninstalled and reinstalled, I've tried creating an account (but it just tells me I already have one). Its been 3 months since i started attempting to access the app. In a browser, it works just fine. App doesn't work at all. Uninstalled.

The last "bug fixed" cause the app to repeatedly crash. Every time you get to where you log in an error message pops up station that the txu app is not responding giving you the option to close the app or wait. Once you select wait it appears over and over. I literally clicked wait over 20 times just to be able to pay my bill only to have to deal with it popping up again as soon as it went away. I've tried being on WiFi, mobile data, even uninstalling & reinstalling it. Still having this problem

The temperatures on the app for the day are not only wrong, they are way off. I don't know where they are getting their info or who's programming the data but it's not correct. The app doesn't work when you go to FAQ or Customer Service; any tab you click on does absolutely nothing! Cannot find new plans or even look at your current one 'cause the info never comes up. The page sits there blank.
