Very disappointing experience with this app. I have been unable to log in to my account for several days, continuously receiving the error “invalid username and password” even though my credentials are correct. I have already contacted support multiple times, but there has been no response at all. This level of service is completely unacceptable for a banking app where users rely on quick and secure access. I created my UBank account on the 23rd and was able to log in to the app successfully on the same day. However, since the 24th, I have been unable to log in. The app keeps showing "Invalid Username or Password," even though I am entering the correct username and password. I lodged a complaint on the 24th, but I did not receive any meaningful response from the UBank team. During this period, there were public holidays for the 9th and 10th of Muharram, followed by the weekend, so I waited. Yesterd

1 Star ⭐ I am unable to open an account because the app gets stuck on the Product Type screen. It doesn't load any further. Whether I select Islamic Single Savings Account or Conventional Single Savings Account, nothing happens. The back button works, but the page remains stuck and never loads. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.
