The functionality that this app promises is excellent. It gets in its own way in a few important areas. 1. I couldn't view the truck instructions on my phone, which pushed me to the differently- frustrating website. 2. The text boxes do not scroll up to be above the keyboard, making data entry difficult. 3. It's not clear how much you can/should do before arrival. I found myself taking photos of my license as it sat on the hood of a random parked car, at 11:30PM.

Pleeease address some of the issues with the app, especially for Android users. I was stuck during checkout because it would not attach the photo of the odometer. It was after hours so there was no way to contact anyone and the app wouldn't move forward with drop-off without the picture. It was very clunky during pick-up as well; it would get stuck in "please wait" loops for long periods of time and I would have to stop and restart the app to fix it.

Slow and laggy. Had to take multiple pictures a second time because the app couldnt load it. Took over 20 minutes for the pick up process, which put me past the time I was suppose to have already taken possession of the truck and they still wanted it returned at the original time. Oh, they also want a secondary contact and won't allow the rental to go through if they don't answer their phone. Drop off process is equally annoying, but there weren't any technical difficulties during that.
