One of the WORST apps I have ever had to use. Took several tries to verify location and yes, we had the most up to date version of the app, location was turned on, and still took several tries and over an hour of waiting at the pick up site for the app to realize we were there. Because of this, it caused us to be "late" picking up and would no longer let us check in. Calling customer service did absolutely NOTHING to help. FOUR uhaul centers later, still same issue. HORRIBLE service!!!! Fix it!!

I tried to pick up a truck in Utah, and I couldn't because the GPS location of the business was off in the ocean near Africa and my GPS location must match where the truck is to continue. If you don't allow GPS location, you can't even use the app. Not even to check on your storage rental or to try and make a reservation for a truck. Pretty worthless app.

This app is terrible, and if I could leave a zero star review, I would. A lot of the features (such as scanning drivers licenses) don't work, it's slow to respond when clicking on links, and info didn't update in a timely manner. I had to use the actual website during my rental, which defeats the purpose of the app. Please fix the bugs and lagginess.
