update: no more notification prompts. thanks! appreciate it! Wondering when update will be pushed. Still get prompted each time. Works but always requests notification permission. This makes it beyond annoying. Approaching a virus or TFA attack. Please update to stop repeatedly asking for a denied permission. The more apps can notify you the less the phone belongs to you. Looking forward to the notification update! I just acknowledged it three times this weekend. Thanks!

having a webview experience within the app feels unnatural. a native mobile app experience is ideal. by unnatural, I mean poor UX, it does not follow design principles as it is not accessible and is not mobile device friendly. it does not use standard practice navigation as it uses a webview of the UniFi website in desktop view.

Unifi Identity is the worst app for softphones. You have to go through too many steps to access it, and you can not text from it. It is the most insanely stupid thing I have ever seen. If you want to text, you have to go to the web portal to text a person, even if they text you first. Texting is all about mobile phones. My whole concept of Unifi and its products has changed.
