About this app

Foliary helps busy adults turn small daily wellness moments into a gentle, visible ritual. The app is built around Wellness Leaves, which are simple paper leaf entries clipped to a linen noticeboard. You can record actions like Breath, Stretch, Hydrate, and Gratitude in just a few seconds. The Today tab shows your current daily totals for actions and minutes on a stitched linen tag. It also displays your three most recent leaves and offers a quick-add button that opens the Check-in tab. In the Check-in tab, you select an action type, enter the minutes spent, choose how you feel afterwards, and optionally add a one-line reflection. Your feeling can be Calm, Energized, Heavy, or Neutral. Once saved, each Wellness Leaf appears as a rounded leaf card with a small wooden clothespin, and its color matches the action type. The Logbook tab groups all of your Wellness Leaves by date and lets you search by action type or note. You can edit or delete any saved entry to keep your record accurate and meaningful. The Rituals tab offers a static local guide to four built-in wellness actions with short descriptions and repetition suggestions. All information is stored locally on your device, so your wellness notes remain private and available offline without account setup or cloud sync. The bottom navigation uses four smooth river stones that switch directly between Today, Check-in, Logbook, and Rituals. Foliary is designed for busy adults who want a short morning or evening wind-down routine without a complicated tracker. It gives you a calm, tactile way to see small consistent actions add up over time.
