This app used to work, but now I can't even get past biometrics. I can't check my balances or see transfers. At least I used to get an email when money entered the account. We'll that's gone, now I have to drive to an atm to check my balance. This is ridiculous, Please undo whatever it is you guys did that apparently locked a lot of people out of their app, not just me, according to the feedback people are writing. Please fix ASAP. It's become extremely inconvenient when traveling.

This app is barebones, the services are non-existent, and customer service is absolutely useless. You would have an easier time talking to a brick wall. I tried to order a check through the app I was forwarded to an automated machine, which forwarded me to an external number, put me on hold for an hour and then proceeded to hang up. tried to call again and get a call back but the call back also put me on hold for an hour. Avoid at all costs

What's the point of building an app if you make it difficult to simply open it? For over a year now I've been unable to log into it using biometrics (fingerprint) on my Google Pixel 7 Pro -- it gets stuck when attempting to load the accounts, forcing me to log out and have to use password log in. Thought the new update would finally fix this but apparently you only care about form not functionality.
