Seems to work just fine for me. No freezing, locking up or any problems all those other people are stating. Connects fast by bluetooth and stays connected. reads and writes just fine and all functions seem to work as it should. just should be able to program multiple channels at once instead of having to do it one at a time. Can't see how so many people are having such a problem with this app. But seem to be people with a different brand of radio than Baofeng. Oh and I didn't need an account.

absolute GARBAGE. I had already read reviews with some claiming the exact problem i had, and i should have listened. On top of having to log in and share your data which is minor comparatively, when you try to write programming it immediately erases everything on the device and freezes up. luckily I got it to factory reset but i had to reprogram everything. Would be awesome if it worked as intended but it doesn't, just use chirp. Highly disappointed. Look at other reviews saying the same.

Good grief this app is terrible. Radtel rt 950 pro won't connect 99% of the time. When it does decide to connect, it times out before I can complete anything. Having used the btech uv-pro app for some time now with zero issues, I wonder how this app could be this terrible. Certainly won't be buying anymore radtel radios if this is how it's going to work.
