Ratings and reviews

They silently changed the terms and conditions for the cashback deals. The average user is no longer capable of using them, and they didn't even say anything. I lost money because if they had told me beforehand at least I would've migrated over to a different service.

I am disappointed with the service. My account was suddenly restricted and later closed without a clear explanation. I tried calling customer support many times but could not get proper help. I hope the company improves communication and provides faster solutions for customers facing account issues.

I am able to load money into my account, but when I try to send money, the transaction does not complete. There is no clear error message, but I receive an indication that the “account is restricted.” I have already called the support number provided, but the issue has not been resolved. This problem has been present since the beginning, and I am unable to send money from my account. Please check my account and inform me why this restriction has been placed and how I can resolve it.
