This company employs deceptive practices that will take extra money from you. First, you're not allowed to cancel your membership without paying for an additional month of the membership. Then, even if you do cancel, and pay for the additional month of membership, they will UNDO your cancellation if you try to pause your account. When your pause ends, they will re-activate the membership (the one you already paid for an additional month of to cancel). And then they tell you that you need to pay for an additional month AGAIN in order to cancel AGAIN. These kinds of billing practices should be (and quite possibly are) illegal. Update: The company has updated this policy and is asking me to update my review. I'll be happy to do so once I get a refund for the additional months billed against my wishes.

After the change of UI this year, the app finally became actually usable. Unfortunately, after the introduction of the position-based check-in, it works very slowly now. Sometimes the position can not be obtained, because the class is in the basement, so it takes even longer to load anything.

The update is awful. Why did you remove the distance filter? I have used it all the time. Why do I need to make 3 clicks to filter online/onsite classes? Click on filter, choose an option, click confirm..it's stupid, this filter could be a toggle - one click! Do you have UX designers in your team??
