The lowest membership doesn't get you much, only really worth anything on the more expensive L level. No free trial and I signed up for a 12 month contract without realising I had. Told them as soon as I realised, but the customer service is pretty last century when it comes to customer care, so now I'm locked into a year on an app I don't want to be on. I see Classpass has much better reviews on here, I should've checked that before I signed up. Go with them.

The app is Buggy. Cancelled classes still appear in the booking. Blocking me from booking a new class. If I cancel it myself, they will charge me cancellation fees. Schedule that are in waiting list sometimes disappear and then reappear. This latest update is not good at all.

The new restriction of only allowing one check-in per day is super annoying! I used to go swimming and do a yoga class on the weekends which was a perfect combination and now I can't do this anymore. I understand to keep the prices at a relatively affordable level you have to do something and I would understand if you would restrict the check-ins to let's say 30/31 per month. But a restriction per day to 1 check-in is just customer unfriendly, extremely upsetting and inconvenient!
