After the change of UI this year, the app finally became actually usable. Unfortunately, after the introduction of the position-based check-in, it works very slowly now. Sometimes the position can not be obtained, because the class is in the basement, so it takes even longer to load anything.

Had to switch over since Onefit was taken over by them. UI is not intuitive. App just stops working, and I keep getting this "Something went wrong" error message. I couldn't check in of my class. Sent them emails, no response. I have not been able to use the app because of the error I keep getting everytime I try to login. I'm basically paying my subscription for nothing. They don't respond to emails, their phone lines never work either. HORRIBLE. I just want to be back on Onefit.

The update is awful. Why did you remove the distance filter? I have used it all the time. Why do I need to make 3 clicks to filter online/onsite classes? Click on filter, choose an option, click confirm..it's stupid, this filter could be a toggle - one click! Do you have UX designers in your team??
