I purchased a 2-year plan with a 30-day money-back guarantee on 8 December 2025. After only a few hours of use, I decided to cancel the subscription and request a refund. I have been contacting the company since that date to process the refund. However, each time my request has been delayed by repeated demands for screenshots or proof of purchase. As a result, the refund process has been unnecessarily prolonged without valid justification, and to date, no refund has been issued.

yo a warning to all of you i read the terms and conditions and it explicitly says they COLLECT BROWSING DATA and other data from you once you sign in to their app, as well as the rights to hold this data for as long as they want and to delete or restore this for as long as they want, also they have the rights to share these data to any of their partners, it's effectively anonymously showing your data worldwide once you log in!

Trial was actually useless, vpn was not working and because i forgot to cancel i paid for one year. they use yearly subscriptions obviously to take the money once because theeir service is not actually useful.
