This app is very low functioning. Everytime I log in it ask for your email saying it may be on file as an error. There has to be an easier way to play draws online. It will start scanning for rewards but will not credit you after approx 10 tickets. It appears the app works best for online games only. Offers help via email but there is never a response. Very difficult to withdraw your winnings. And the app doesn't give error info as to what is happening.

Has an issue scanning in tickets. Mainly pick 3,4 and 5 tickets it's nearly impossible to scan those tickets in for points no matter how you hold the ticket, adjust the lighting, log out and log back in, nothing works it's highly frustrating. and I also don't like how you can only scan in 50 tickets per day and use 5000 per month. I'm sure there's nothing I can do about that but for someone with 35k+ points I'd like to be able to use more than 5k on points I've earned.

I thought this app would be less glitchy than the website. I was very wrong. I can't even see the #s I played to see If I won or not. It sends you back to the website after everything. And the website and the app are both terrible to navigate, jumpy, and none of the options work. Just sends you back in to "register an account". with being such a major platform, I'd imagine you'd want to make this as simple for people as possible.
