The One thing with this app it's another, can't redeem my extra points can't figure out why it's not accepting the tickets I've scanned can't talk do somebody that actually knows what they're doing without giving all your information that you are not by law supposed to be asking for over the phone to somebody that you haven't included as you're talking to. I'd really love to understand where they're doing something legally now. I think it's time for a complete overhaul!!!

Complete BS!!! it started out kinda fun and even a little rewarding. but that's just a setup..trust me. Just like the reward points..OMG. U CAN ONLY USE 5000 Of ur points each month and then they freeze ur points for the rest of the month. so now I don't care that im gonna lose almost 26THOUSAND points cause I can't use them on me so shove them!!! Also freezing ur debit/credit cards whenever they want because they think u play too much is Ridiculous too NOT WORTH a second look at this APP

This app is very low functioning. Everytime I log in it ask for your email saying it may be on file as an error. There has to be an easier way to play draws online. It will start scanning for rewards but will not credit you after approx 10 tickets. It appears the app works best for online games only. Offers help via email but there is never a response. Very difficult to withdraw your winnings. And the app doesn't give error info as to what is happening.
