Apparently I have to use the app instead of the website as they can't provide a working version of the site for mobile. They're also condescending while informing you with the message: "We're really sorry but right now we don't have a version of this page that works on your little screen." Little? How pleasant.
I'm so glad I just downloaded an app on my phone because you're too lazy to develop a mobile site or have a kiosk at the check in counter just to have it completely unable to do anything. Awesome.
None of the options work when you select them. Therefore I cannot, book, check in, see my bookings, or any other option on the app. Pity as it looks really good from the outset.

You've messed it up once again. When you try to get your boarding pass, the app is looking for something else to open it with...wtf? Get the basics right.
In comparison to the Emirates and British Airways apps that I have the Virgin app is really poor and counter intuitive. It needs a complete rethink!
