About this app

• Valeska is a private, local-first symptom and chronic-care tracker for adults.
Valeska is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent
any medical condition.

Health can change from one hour or day to the next. Valeska gives you one calm
place to record what happened, keep the details together, and prepare a clear
summary for your next appointment.

Track the whole day

• Log symptoms, severity, timing, notes, and optional photos.
• Organize medications, schedules, doses, adherence, supply, and refill
reminders.
• Record meals, nutrition, water, allergies, mood, cycle information,
appointments, and questions for your doctor.
• Use voice dictation or scan medication labels and food barcodes, then review
the result before saving it.

See the timing without turning it into a diagnosis

Valeska can compare the timing of the information you record and describe
observed patterns in plain language. Supported pattern summaries are created on
your device. These observations do not prove cause, predict an event, or
replace a qualified health professional.

Connect Health Connect only if you choose

With your permission, Valeska can read supported vitals, activity, weight, and
sleep data from Health Connect and show them beside your own logs. A separate
option can write Water entries that you log in Valeska back to Health Connect.
You can revoke access in Health Connect at any time, and the app remains usable
without it.

Walk into visits prepared

Keep appointments and doctor questions beside your recent symptoms,
medications, and other logs. Visit Prep turns the information you choose into a
summary you can review and share with your care team.

Share only what you choose

With an optional paid plan, you can invite caregivers and control which profile
and categories they can view or help edit. Permissions can include allergies,
meals and nutrition, water, symptoms, medications, calendar, questions, health
data, and documents. Revoke access at any time.

Private by design

• Your health journal is stored in an encrypted local database.
• Paid cloud backup is on by default when Pro or Family access becomes active,
and you can turn it off at any time in Settings.
• Symptom photos stay on your device.
• Valeska has no ads, advertising ID, cross-app tracking, or sale of health
data.
• You can export your data or delete your account and associated data.

Core tracking is available without a paid plan. Optional Valeska Pro and Family
subscriptions add features such as cloud sync and backup, caregiver sharing,
Visit Prep export, documents, and supported pattern summaries. Prices, trial
eligibility, and renewal terms are shown by Google Play before purchase.

Valeska is intended for adults age 18 and over, including adult parents and
legal guardians managing a dependent profile. Always consult a qualified health
professional about symptoms, medications, diagnoses, and treatment. In an
emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

What’s new

All on-device tools are now available on the free plan, including reminders, scanning, insights, Visit Prep, Appointment Briefs, Guided Reviews, and
Documents.

Pro now covers cloud backup and caregiver sharing; Family adds managed profiles. This update also clarifies which manually entered health totals stay
on the device and protects local data when account deletion cannot be confirmed.
