About our loans
At Vana, our users can choose the term of their loan through a series of options. The minimum and maximum repayment period can be from 90 days to 12 months, depending on the customer's request and the approved loan product. The maximum annual interest rate is 32.4%. Additionally, Vana's services include administrative fees, such as profile evaluation and validation costs, disbursement fees, and transaction fees. These administrative fees can range from L 65 to L 2,106 plus Value Added Tax (VAT). Users can pay in advance without additional fees or costs.
A representative example is presented below: A loan in the amount of L 7,000 for a 90-day term would pay a total of L 7,938 plus VAT. This includes the equivalent of L 189 in interest plus L 749 equivalent in processing fees plus VAT.
Vana is duly registered as a Non-Bank Lender with the Revenue Administration Service (SAR) and with the Unit Responsible for the Registration, Monitoring, and Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing (URMOPRELAFT). Additionally, we are part of the Honduran Fintech Association.
