Varsity Stack

About this app

Varsity Stack is a supplement app for every athlete, at any level and in any sport. That includes athletes who are drug tested.

It recommends supplements for your sport. It checks products against certification programs. It helps you take your stack every day.

Varsity Stack is free.

CHECK A PRODUCT
• Scan a barcode, or take a photo of the front label.
• See if a certification program lists the product. A match names the program.
• No match means the product is not on the lists we check. It says nothing else about the product.
• Read the ingredients on the label.

BUILD YOUR STACK
• Answer a few questions about your sport, your training and your goals.
• Get supplement recommendations. Each one shows why it was chosen for you.
• Search certified products by name.
• Add a product from a link, or type it in.
• Share a product page from another app to add it to your stack.

TRACK EVERY DAY
• Log each supplement with one tap.
• Set morning, evening and follow-up reminders.
• Keep a streak. The app suggests a streak goal that fits you.
• Earn rest days. One saves your streak when you miss a day.
• Earn awards and levels.

FRIENDS
• Add friends from your contacts, by username or with your link.
• Follow each other and see each other's streak, level and awards.
• Start a Friend Streak. Log on the same day to keep it going.
• Send a nudge when a friend hasn't logged yet.

WIDGET AND QUICK SETTINGS
• A home screen widget shows today's progress. Log your stack from it.
• A Quick Settings tile logs your stack with one tap.

LEARN
• Short lessons explain what each certification seal checks, and what it does not check.

FOR TEAMS
• Does your team use Varsity Stack? Join with your team code.
• See the products your team staff recommends.
• Get reminders and notes from your coach or dietitian.

LANGUAGES
• The app follows the language of your phone: English and 30 more languages.

GOOD TO KNOW
• Certification programs are independent. They test supplements for substances that are prohibited in sport.
• Certification lowers risk. It does not remove it.
• Varsity Stack shows what the programs publish. It does not test or certify products.
• Varsity Stack does not give medical advice.
