It is scary as hell to start paying a friend or colleague and suddenly the search results keep changing and bouncing around the screen as you go to touch the correct search result. The UI in Venmo is atrocious. Search results should not be suddenly changing multiple times after searching. Friends start at the top result and are suddenly pushed 10 entries down the list below strangers' accounts. I almost accidentally sent money to the wrong people.

App used to work well, but now experiencing an issue. When I go to my pending transaction list, if I try to scroll down, it jumps to the top of the list. If I try to complete a transaction that is not at the top of the pending list, it won't let me and it just jumps to the top. Tried reporting the bug to support but they just blamed it on the Internet connection, which is not correct. EDIT: I already updated and do have current release, the issue persists.

I use this service for my business and personal transactions even between friends, It's always reliable safe and I love the transparency it gives my clients! It's easy to transfer money and dependable, and come taxes, it makes it so simple to go back and double check everything, making sure my numbers are all correct what happened when and where. It makes it that much easier. To be independent having a dependable point of sale system like this 👍 5 stars earned
