If you’re 18 or older, you can use Verily Me to get personalized, preventive health recommendations from our team of licensed providers, based on a holistic view of your medical history from multiple providers and networks. One app. One login. It’s that easy. Ask Violet, your AI companion, general wellness or health education questions or about your health record. Use the meal logging feature to snap a photo of your meal to help you manage portions and macronutrients—in addition to other healthy insights about your meal. Access health insights about your steps, weight, blood pressure readings, and more by connecting Health Connect to the Verily Me app. You can also choose to join clinical studies to support medical science and help researchers better understand health conditions. With Verily Me, you can get a better picture of your overall health and make choices that work for your lifestyle.

VERY helpful when keeping track of your nutrition needs! I started using this ap directly after giving birth when l was trying to focus on eating more nutrient dense meals. the suggestions offered were spot on and they let me know how well l.was staying on track. Only con: Sometimes it gets the identification of the food, incorrect. but you can manually fix it.While l didnt use some of the health functions like the Step Tracker, l appreciated the fact that the feature was there to begin with.

The app is only able to access a subset of my medical records. This makes much of the advice it gives nonsensical for my actual situation. I've reported this to customer support and they told me it was an issue with their data vendor but the problem has not been fixed yet. I believe the app could be very useful if it had all the data.

Verily Me has quickly become a useful companion for my healthcare records. It's incredibly easy to use and has made keeping track of my medical history and vaccination records so much more organized and stress-free. No more digging through paperwork or trying to remember when my last shot was — everything is right there in one place.
