If you’re 18 or older, you can use Verily Me to get personalized, preventive health recommendations from our team of licensed providers, based on a holistic view of your medical history from multiple providers and networks. One app. One login. It’s that easy. Periodically request a free care review, where licensed providers review your latest records to provide updated preventive screening recommendations. Ask Violet, your private AI companion, questions about your health record, symptoms, general health education, and support for overall well-being. Unlike general purpose AI chatbots, Violet is grounded in your actual, available health data. She can help you make sense of your symptoms, provide self-care recommendations, and give advice on when to consult a healthcare professional. Use the meal logging feature to snap a photo of your food to get instant feedback and nutritionist-backed tips for healthier meals. With one picture, Violet can estimate macronutrients (like carbs, protein, fiber, and fats) and calories to help you manage portions. You can also choose to join clinical studies to support medical science and help researchers better understand health conditions. With Verily Me, you can get a better picture of your overall health and make choices that work for your lifestyle.

Ratings and reviews

The other app was better. This one is useless to me. I like to monitor my glucose levels which you can't do on this app. The metrics shows steps and blood pressure. I don't need that. In order to track my glucose levels I have to use the meter and scroll back. I suppose if someone wishes to enter meals, etc. it may be useful but I prefer the other app.

so far I love the app. just click a picture of your meal and it calculates calories.

One star due to serious privacy and data control concerns. The app aggregates highly sensitive medical records tied to your identity. While it says data isn’t “sold,” it allows sharing anonymized/aggregated data, which raises concerns given Verily’s research partnerships. More troubling: there’s no clear, simple way to delete your account or fully withdraw consent. Health data deserves clearer transparency and easier exit control.
