Households connected to the Voltello App (powered by Village Energy) can add and control devices in their home, like air conditioning, pool pumps, rooftop solar and more. You can see device consumption, keep track of energy spend and subscribe to new smart energy plans.
The App can be connected to a customers energy utility where Village Energy is working with them to offer their customers new ways to save money and earn rewards. Anyone can download the App from the Playstore and explore the features available or even use it to support friends and relatives who may not be as tech savvy.
Once downloaded the initial sign-up process is as simple as entering some basic contact details and validating the account via a one-time-password (OTP). The intuitive App home screen displays real-time status updates, offers from your utility and quick access to information or support.
You can manage and set preferences on individual devices, opt in/out of plans your devices are eligible for, set up device automations, access notifications and support and where supported manage payments and view transaction histories and statements. The App simplifies your energy experience and opens up new and easy ways to improve energy use and spend.
