1) the company didn't include my wife in the deed after repeatedly asking them to. They made themselves unavailable during the signing of the contract with the notary so they could avoid their error. 2) the app doesn't let you do auto pay. it keeps telling me that I need to call a number to set up auto pay. the number uses ai that can't understand that you want to speak to someone about seeing up auto pay. it's crazy.

The Veteran's United App is such a help, it made this home buying journey so much easier than it could have been❣️ It works as a hub, where you can find, and communicate with members of your team. Most importantly, it absolutely decreases delays!!! As soon as you see a new ToDo, you can work on it right away❣️ Your responses, or any needed documents are uploaded to the hub, too, so everything is in one place, not lost, and available for you to look at whenever you would like 👍 Thank You VU❣️

Worke good, but after I made my first payment, that did go through. Now, the app is just a blank white page with nothing on it. Uninstalled and reinstalled it, same thing! I will also say that I was very unhappy with them not locking the rate when they did my first estimate and waited 3 days before closing to tell me it went up and needed to lock my rate and it cost me another point on interest. Yes lots of phone calls to sell you insurance and other services. But not who I needed to talk to!
