An awful experience to say the least! There are definitely much better SMS/MMS available out there. Will be removing Viber app from my Android since I'm unable to receive technical supports, and all it does is run in the background to use up my data, and drain my battery. Not to mention it may not be end to end encrypted if the receiving party does not have Viber. Don't waste your time & move onto many free supportive reptutable SMS/MMS services!

Seriously? I've used this app for years and it seems to be just getting worse. Changes to the UI, I can no longer browse my media when sharing photos, replying with gifs isn't possible, stickers now appearing in a chat bubble, and @'s not working. Little things I know, but they add up. And now today they update their "dark mode" design, removing the black theme entirely and turning it all blue. I don't know why this decision was made but bring back an actual dark mode at the very least, please.

Suddenly, my messages aren't being delivered 99% of the time. Both I and the friend I'm messaging have tried deleting the data and cache and uninstalling the app, and even restarting our phones. Yes, the app is updated to the most recent version, and yes, we're both on stable Wifi and/or a 5G connection. Nothing has fixed the issue and it's becoming frustrating.
