Billing Information: No need to worry if you have misplaced your gas bill or drop it somewhere you can’t remember. Billing Information feature allows the customer to view the current month bill details including total amount due and due date. You can also access the bill information of the previous months.

Complaint Management: Unsatisfied with the services, have an issue with the bill or any other matter of concern. File a complaint by entering the required information and your message and submit on the app. Not only this, but you can also share the services feedback with them.

hell hell hell 😡😡 I’m facing a serious issue with this app. Every time I try to make a payment, my phone suddenly restarts, and the payment never goes through. This has happened multiple times now. It’s extremely frustrating and makes the app unreliable for transactions. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

Once the bill is past the due date, you can’t pay it through the app. You have to make the payment using a bank app, but even then, the payment may not be updated in the app or on SSGC. But one good thing is that if you pay before the due date, the payment is updated instantly on their end.

Please fix the bugs in the app. Complaints are lodged but there is no proper tracking or response. The app often hangs or becomes unresponsive. Bills do not appear immediately and past bills are difficult to access. Bill payment notifications are not updated on time. Even after payment, reminders for bill payment keep coming, which is confusing. Overall app performance, reliability, and real-time updates need serious improvement.
