Facilitation Centres: Searching for the nearby facilitation centers can be a daunting task especially when you need help immediately. With SSGC Customer Connect you can fetch all the information of the facilitation centers/gas centers and connect to the one which is nearby to your location.

Billing Information: No need to worry if you have misplaced your gas bill or drop it somewhere you can’t remember. Billing Information feature allows the customer to view the current month bill details including total amount due and due date. You can also access the bill information of the previous months.

Complaint Management: Unsatisfied with the services, have an issue with the bill or any other matter of concern. File a complaint by entering the required information and your message and submit on the app. Not only this, but you can also share the services feedback with them.

Pin the Pain: One of the best features of SSGC Customer Connect which cater to your emergency requirement on time. If in case you find a fraudulent activity or a gas leakage at your home or in your surrounding you can straight away report it on the app.

Ratings and reviews

No follow up on Complaints. Need to visit customer care physically even after doing Complaints via app or on call. Secondly, app is not opening. it's showing, your phone internet connection is not working. Even my Internet is working fine. Why app is not opening? it's a bug.

After last update, I am seeing an error while paying from the card. when I am clicking on Pay Now -> Debit/Credit Card -> Popup appears that we will charge 2.somethign % extra in this mode of payment. After clicking on yes I am seeing error screen

App not working. Everytime i try to log in it, it says "no internet connection" & get hanged. While my phone internet is working fine. 1 star im giving this app just to post my review. otherwise its not applicable for 1 star also.
