About this app

Return Visits – Field Service is a private return visit tracker for the door-to-door ministry of Jehovah's Witnesses — a place to remember the people you meet in field service, pick up every conversation right where it left off, and have your monthly field service report ready when the month ends.

Whether you're a publisher with a handful of return visits, a pioneer logging hours toward a goal, or anyone keeping track of their Bible studies, it holds who you spoke with, where they live, what you talked about, and when to come back. No feeds, no streaks, no scores — just the next conversation, ready when you are.

YOUR MONTHLY REPORT, READY
• A Report tab gathers what your field service report needs: Bible studies, hours, and whether you shared in the ministry.
• Log your hours by category and set a monthly or service-year goal. Don't report hours? Turn time tracking off in Settings — your monthly report stays a tap away on the dashboard.
• Copy or share your report in one tap. Only your totals, plus any comment you add, are shared — never contact names or visit notes.

CONTINUE EVERY CONVERSATION
• A gentle dashboard surfaces the return visits worth continuing — by momentum, by distance, or by how long it has been.
• Create a contact in seconds at the door; log each visit with the outcome, your ministry notes, and any literature you left.
• Mark who has become a Bible study, and edit or delete a visit you logged by mistake.

FIND YOUR WAY BACK
• See your return visits as pins on a map, then hand off directions to Google Maps or Waze.
• No street address? Save the spot as GPS coordinates, a Plus Code, or a pasted map link.
• Share an address with a ministry companion by text message.
• The map needs an internet connection; everything else works offline — the preaching work doesn't stop where coverage does.

NEVER MISS A RETURN VISIT
• Set a reminder right after logging a visit.
• The "Coming up" list and snooze keep follow-ups on your schedule.
• Reminders live entirely on your device.

BRING YOUR RECORDS WITH YOU
• Import contacts from your phone, or bring over your return visits from a My Time backup.
• Back up to an encrypted file protected by a six-word recovery phrase.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
• Contact records and visit notes are encrypted on your device and never reach our servers — you hold the only key.
• No ads, and no tracking of the people you visit.
• Delete your account and data at any time from Settings.

• TalkBack support, scalable text, and WCAG 2.1 AA contrast throughout.

Sign in with Apple or Google on first launch; after that, the app works fully offline.
