Honestly this is the worst app experience on a travel app that I've had. it keeps sending you to different places and sending you verification emails and you have to keep inputting information that should have already been saved, had to put my passport information 6 times and the none of the verify emails to join their fly club or red card thing worked. Tons of pop-up dialog that covers what you are trying to do.

This is the app the old one is being replaced with. I could add my pre booked flights to the old app, the new one throws an error every time saying they can't be added at this time, rendering the app useless. What's the point if an app that can't be used? There's also no option for contacting anyone to troubleshoot. This app is broken.

Keeps glitching about document checklist and food selection with errors like "Sorry about that. It looks like we’re having some tech issues with our meal ordering system." or "Sorry. Something went wrong there and your information was not submitted successfully, please try again. If the problem persists don't worry you can do this at the airport before you travel." Even though my documents were filled and I was able to fly out, but somehow the return flight it says my documents were missing.
