Ratings and reviews

This airline and its app are far too stupidly designed and managed to bother with. Half the time you try to book a flight, you get a vague error stating, "We're sorry, there was a problem processing your request." Maybe they don't serve the market, but there's no good tool for figuring out which markets they do serve during booking. Why spend the time on their stupid treasure hunt instead of booking with a competently run airline?

This is the app the old one is being replaced with. I could add my pre booked flights to the old app, the new one throws an error every time saying they can't be added at this time, rendering the app useless. What's the point if an app that can't be used? There's also no option for contacting anyone to troubleshoot. This app is broken.

Honestly this is the worst app experience on a travel app that I've had. it keeps sending you to different places and sending you verification emails and you have to keep inputting information that should have already been saved, had to put my passport information 6 times and the none of the verify emails to join their fly club or red card thing worked. Tons of pop-up dialog that covers what you are trying to do.
