Ratings and reviews

Keeps glitching about document checklist and food selection with errors like "Sorry about that. It looks like we’re having some tech issues with our meal ordering system." or "Sorry. Something went wrong there and your information was not submitted successfully, please try again. If the problem persists don't worry you can do this at the airport before you travel." Even though my documents were filled and I was able to fly out, but somehow the return flight it says my documents were missing.

the only issue I experience with the app is that it's saying I've got missing documents. but I look at the documents and it says covid contact tracing form. which hasn't been required for at least 2 years. why are you asking for documents that aren't required?

I liked to use the older version of your app, because I could see what seats were available before putting all of my information in. I can't find that and am very disappointed. When I am trying to find a last minute flight, I will probably go with BA instead from now on. sorry.
