Since covid, Virgin seems to have become a budget airline. wifi often doesn't work. I'm platinum and the only tangible benefit is the free wifi, which all normal Qantas passengers get anyway. the free upgrade to business class is literally never available, and I have to pay the expensive fare to even qualify. I have travelled overseas several times and not yet been able to use a partner airline. I am now changing over to Qantas where I have more destinations

This basic, important app doesn't work any more on multiple devices. Please fix it. This has been happening for months. And please FIX the login problems (ongoing) & stop logging us out of the app when it is updated & stop sending me to the clumsy website. It's an APP, SO MAKE IT FUNCTIONAL PLEASE. 17/5/26: Still broken. 18-19/5/2026: STILL BROKEN. ALL FEEDBACK STILL BEING IGNORED. Still CANNOT search/book flights etc. NO fix exists at user end. Edits: 24/6/25 & 10/7/25: STILL BROKEN! USELESS.

The app does not allow login...I've tried multiple ways with codes to my phone and via email and once the code is entered it will not open and allow to confirm booking and seat allocation. This has been occurring for some weeks now. On point I have no issues in logging into your opposition apps or banks that use the same code format
