It's a great, practical app when it's working. I like that everything can be managed from the app, including adding additional data if you exceed your monthly quota. However, my data has run out there is currently a glitch on the app that won't allow me to add extra data. And there seems to be no other way to add data (eg. website). So it seems I need to rely on wi-fi connections only until my new month activates. Quite frustrating. - UPDATE: issue was resolved shortly after posting 👍🏼

I love the Virgin Mobile experience. Everything is so simple and straightforward in the app. With the recent update however, I'm facing a problem when I want to boost my data. I cant access the area where you choose how much GB you want to boost because its covered by this box which talks about all the countries you could call internationally which shouldn't even be there. Most likely a bug. Would appreciate it if it were fixed because now I'm stuck without being able to boost my mobile data.

Doesn't work on WiFi. Plus, they seem to do everything to make it difficult for you to update your EID. Had no issue updating my EID with Du and my bank but impossible with Virgin. Also, many SMS short numbers do not work as they don't have SMS agreements with quite a few foreign networks. This is a problem, particularly with banks. I've been a customer for years and nothing has really changed. So, I won't be renewing with them. Tired of the way they make any little thing difficult.
