They are absolutely useless! It has been over 2 years of me trying to unsubscribe from their email garbage, and they won't let me! Clicking unsubscribe takes you to their pathetic app that doesn't have any option to let you unsubscribe! Not to mention the amount of errors you will run into trying to change or edit your credit card! Absolute garbage! There should be an option to sue them for forced enrollment without an optout from their spam!!!

This app has been a total nightmare. I tried to get a new SIM, and when I got to the UAE Pass verification stage, the app suddenly disconnected right after I sent my details. Now, I can't even log back in. They claim 60-minute delivery, but it's been over 24 hours, and even after contacting customer care, the issue is still unresolved and I can't get the SIM.

Misleading service. I've used the "pause until renewal" option multiple times, but I was still charged and my service wasn't paused. Customer support then charged me again and only scheduled the pause for the following month. Very disappointing and unreliable.
