Network coverage is horrible in most parts of the UAE, even in areas of good coverage anyone with Etisalat has 20 to 40 times the speed, speed tests were done!!! APP glitches are insane, happens more often than not!!! Especially when running low on data and wanting to top up!!! Citizens of the UAE if you dont want issues with your network use a different provider preferably Etisalat!!!

I have write them email, chat whatever options but the issues keeps on going. DO NOT ACCEPT ANY HOME INTERNET PACKAGE ITS TERRIBLE connection, it keeps on disconnected like 100X or more in a day, virgin have told me to email them, I did but no response later on. I regret taking this connection I even paid upfront for whole year, this virgin mobile is stressful as they are not responding in my concern. I want it cancelled but they never responded. Its been a month now with hundreds of complaints!

The only way to contact customer service is through the application which often times crashes out of nowhere which you would think they would fix being an digital only platform and has been in the market for 3 years now but to no avail. Their cell phone services has been decent for the most part and I made the mistake of buying roaming which didn't work and had to reach out to their rude customer service.
