Very disappointing customer service. I’ve been unable to log in for over a week—app says my email is terminated and I can’t use it anymore. The only solution they keep repeating is to create a new email and register again, without explaining the actual issue. It makes no sense, and no real help is being provided. Just robotic replies with no resolution.

mobile interface is not at par. very annoying most of times. takes a really long time to load the interface esp if you are switching between apps. if u get logged out by chance very difficult to reset the password n biometrics. the mobile interface is NOT AT ALL USER FRIENDLY

garbage. this app is useless when traveling. every single time I travel, I cannot connect to anything despite setting up roaming before I leave. you cannot access this app with no connection. completely unreliable. I have been stranded multiple times. writing this connected to Du hotspot since it's not working yet again.
