Zero Stars. It doesn't allow access to savings accounts with sort codes starting 08 or customers with less than 10 digits in their ID, and no way to fix it. Pointless app. I suppose I'll just have to stick with the website. 🙄 Edit. I even upgraded to a new account, and I still can't use the app, as my customer number isn't enough digits, and the app also says my sort code isn't correct! 🤦. lots of the help pages on the website don't even load either. less than useless.

Terrible App. Almost every time I try and use it I get the "we are having technical problems at the moment try again later" message. I then force stop the app , it then lets me log in. As others have mentioned, some transactions appear more than once for a short time, especially in the mornings. Also when money has left my account for direct debits or standing orders, it shows on the balance, but it's much later until the actual transaction shows and you can see where the money has gone.

it normally works but for a wee while it's going really slow, a few times I've tried to pay for something, I authorise through the app but it doesn't go through, so I redo the payment, some times it goes through but some times it doesn't, so I don't know if it's coming out more than once or not at all. Very upsetting.
