Suddenly became basically unusable. Constantly freezing and giving me "not responding" errors on Android 13. If I can log in at all, it takes for ever. I restarted, uninstalled and reinstalled, etc. Edit: now it suddenly stopped syncing data from my withings device. This app just keeps getting worse. Edit: most of my issues have been resolved, but every month or so a new one shows up, often breaking critical functionality. Still not a good/reliable app imo, but at least they do try to fix bugs

It has been more than two months now that the app is not syncing with the device. I tried with my cell phone and tablet, it does not matter. This is a huge issue because The health benefits are tied to the points I have to collect each quarter. This app is a joke and the developers are amateurs. You keep updating this app and it still does not sync. What is the point of having this app if it does not synch ? Astonishing to see a company like Virgin rolling out a junk app like this.

I've used this app for almost two years with few complaints, but in the past 2 weeks I've had a heck of a time getting it to accept my Garmin stats consistently. I've done all of the things to try to resolve this problem to no avail. This isn't just an app issue either, as the website is showing the same data (or lack thereof). My coworkers are also having the same issue, so I know it is a system problem within Virgin Pulse. It's a bummer because this has been a fun app til now.
