App doesn't work and I think it's probably Allstate more than anything they just don't want to do an actual visual inspection to see the damage so they keep cutting the video off after you connect. Hundreds of people on reviews here say it doesn't work and I can confirm it doesn't work. I really don't think that they're very honest, ethical, upright company. We could not get this app to work. Allstate has to be the worst car insurance company that exists in this country. Will report to state.

Very difficult to get a connection to speak with an inspector. Also the audio wasn't working.

waited for 2+ hours for a representative to talk to 4 days in a row. No one answers or calls back. finally when I did get a rep they are very nice and informative. the process only took 20 min.
