don't know if its the app or Allstate. my first attempt it worked perfectly fine. connected with me to someone the told me he needed to get me to the right person. the call randomly stopped and haven't been able to reach anyone else for the rest of the day. super inconvenient

Super buggy, felt like an app from the mid-2000s. It only used the top speaker of the phone so I had to hold it to my ear while on a video chat and it crashed when I briefly switched to Google maps (did not close virtual assist)

Very difficult to get a connection to speak with an inspector. Also the audio wasn't working.
