App doesn't work and I think it's probably Allstate more than anything they just don't want to do an actual visual inspection to see the damage so they keep cutting the video off after you connect. Hundreds of people on reviews here say it doesn't work and I can confirm it doesn't work. I really don't think that they're very honest, ethical, upright company. We could not get this app to work. Allstate has to be the worst car insurance company that exists in this country. Will report to state.

The adjustors say "I just don't see the damage" Then cut the repair times and sheets. Update: I should clarify it's not necessarily the app which works ok. It's the insurance companies they do business with. Overall emailing photos and supplements proves to be much more accurate. Those in the game know this app and process is just one more way to miss stuff on supplements and write low ball sheets and that's the honest truth.
