App drains my battery even when Im not driving. It causes my phone to get super hot because it's running constantly in the background. It doesn't track all the trips, so it's impossible to get the required 50. Tried uninstalling/reinsalling and everything recommended by tech support, but nothing helps. It's frustratingly unusable to the point that it seems like they are making it so you can't get the drivewise discount.

The app for Drivewise is buggy. Works when it wants to work. As of today, it hasn't logged one trip since January 22nd. Also, it keeps saying "phone use". I never use my phone while driving. Most times, the app doesn't stop recording the trip until you stop and hit "end trip". These issues didn't exist a year ago. I removed and reinstalled the app a number of times. Do better Allstate. This Drivewise part of the appis useless junk.

It has saved us money on our first 6 months, but I don't like the app as it continually gives false speeding in the same areas I drive saying I'm going 15-25 miles over when I'm driving the 45 mile speed limit. It does this in 3-4 different areas of the town where I live. Also, false phone activity when I never touch my phone! Come into the 21st century where people have Bluetooth in their car. The battery drain is just 1 more problem. But we have to use it if we want a discount...Be better.
