Ratings and reviews

App drains my battery even when Im not driving. It causes my phone to get super hot because it's running constantly in the background. It doesn't track all the trips, so it's impossible to get the required 50. Tried uninstalling/reinsalling and everything recommended by tech support, but nothing helps. It's frustratingly unusable to the point that it seems like they are making it so you can't get the drivewise discount.

For a few weeks, App won't even open-- just get a message stating they're having a problem & to "try later". Updated yesterday, thinking this would solve the issue... NO. Just a slightly different immediate error message! What good is an app if you cannot even use it?? Unfortunately, the WEBSITE has a similar problem-- select "log in", and immediately get an error message with three buttons to choose, but all three buttons only give you the same page, but with a different error reference #!!

THIS APP SUCKS! It's only good for having access to insurance cards but they physically mail them to you. I was trying to make a payment but the stupid app wouldn't let me. I'm on auto pay to make it sort of cheaper, not by a marginally large amount or anything, I have to go to the website to make my payments. I wanted everything set up on a specific date of every month but once the policy starts that's not allowed? I can change the date of my car payment every month if I want 🙄
