App drains my battery even when Im not driving. It causes my phone to get super hot because it's running constantly in the background. It doesn't track all the trips, so it's impossible to get the required 50. Tried uninstalling/reinsalling and everything recommended by tech support, but nothing helps. It's frustratingly unusable to the point that it seems like they are making it so you can't get the drivewise discount.

A year later, and the app is still one star. It logs you out after something insane like fifteen minutes. This isn't a banking app, don't give yourself so much credit. Your method of tracking always manages to say phone use detected when I didn't touch my phone. We live in the country and it's bumpy. Also, OTHERS in the car may need to change a song or look at the GPS when we're driving. Thank the lord I only have to do this horrendous song and dance twice a year for a week. AWFUL!

Good for having your ID card onhand, if you don't happen to have it in a wallet/purse. Has immense difficulty recognizing trips -- will get "checking for trip" notifications when it's on a desk at work, but not when in a moving vehicle. Easily misses over 95% of my actual driving sessions, and the ones it DOES detect are inaccurate for duration and distance. Battery drain is a minimal concern compared to the inability to actually identify travel. Again, useful for accessing your card.
