this app won't let me open any credit alerts! how am I supposed to clear them if I can't open them. I've tried both the app and the website and all I get is an error code! I checked and the app says it's compatible with Android 15. please correct this issue.

Blocks everything right out of the gate. Routes calls to Voicemail, hides texts, etc. Doesn't know how to identify true spam, so every number is treated as spam. It's tedious to miss calls/texts, listen to voicemail, dig out the text, and then have to go back and allow that caller in the future. Should make a deal with HIYA to access their already available list of spammers and algorithm. I've uninstalled it and now have to figure out how to stop paying for it through work, unless it improves.

Overall great protection but it doesn't seem like the developer updates the app a lot. The digital footprint feature is very useful but under a family plan, you can only have one email monitored at one time. The credit monitoring is very simple and understandble. Dark web monitoring, at least to me doesn't seem to work. I have no way of actually knowing my info is being monitored. Digital exposure only tells me what info is out there not where. Overall decent but not the best. I hope more comes.
