The Vitawerks Mobile app is indeed a Godsend. Finding work at nursing facilities and managing one's shift schedule has never been this easy. It's User Interface is easy to use and can be learned within minutes after downloading the app. It also pinpoints the location of facilities so you don't have to waste time finding the place. It covers everything from booking shift schedules, managing attendance, and finding the facility of choice. If you are an HCP looking for work this is app is for you.

VitaWerks markets "24/7 support" and "Nurse Champions," but it’s a ghost town. They profit off nurses while providing zero accountability. The app is a black hole for messages and the phone lines ring until they disconnect. It’s disrespectful to expect us to be professional when the agency is completely unreachable for support and scheduling issues. Shveta Mangal & leadership: stop hiding behind a broken app and actually staff your support lines. Total failure.

I am Disappointed and feel betrayed by Vitalwerks. CEO Shveta Mangal's claim of 24/7 support is a total lie. For healthcare Frontline workers, timely communication is vital; being ghosted for hours by 'live' chat and ignored on every phone call is a reckless betrayal of professional safety. Their support is useless for placement; I've made every effort to work yet they provide zero help getting into a facility. Do not trust this registry, with your career. Vitalwerks is a liability.
