Ratings and reviews

It's always the "check your internet" or "unable to connect" type of errors at the most inconvenient and crucial moments. Not once, twice but literally more than 5 times in a row. Imagine keep making excuses and asking to "transfer the money for another time" every time I buy something. Imagine sitting in a cafe for more than half an hour waiting and hoping that the app would "connect" so it could work, but always ended up failed. At this point I'll just use paper money instead, or any other app

I am a foreigner in Vietnam, the app is easy to use, but, the bank system itself is the problem, the bank must develop services for foreigners who are now a lot in Vietnam! the app security stopped and the bank card stopped because of biometric info updates!! what the hack !? agri bank didn't know that foreigners in Vietnam maybe needs to open bank accounts?

it worked well, but now they say I should restore my phone to factory settings in order to make this app work. RIDICULOUS! No one should tell me how to use my phone.
