About this app

Comfort When It Matters Most
VoiceLove brings families closer through the healing power of voice. Designed for moments of vulnerability—from the Adult Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to the Neonatal ICU—VoiceLove delivers comfort, connection, and calm where it’s needed most.

A Familiar Voice, A Vital Lifeline
In critical care environments like the ICU, patients often face isolation, delirium, and disorientation. A loved one’s voice can become a powerful anchor—rekindling connection and restoring hope. VoiceLove enables families to deliver that voice, clearly and securely, at any time. Your loving voice messages play automatically on the patient’s phone without the patient needing to do anything.

VoiceLove in the Neonatal ICU (NICU)
For newborns in the NICU, a mother’s voice is the first and most vital connection. VoiceLove supports this essential bond by allowing parents to send calming voice messages to their infants—creating a nurturing environment, even when physical presence isn’t always possible. VoiceLove also provides a curated, health-specialist-approved collection of lovely lullabies you can select to have played to your baby.

How VoiceLove Works
VoiceLove makes it easy for families to stay connected with hospitalized loved ones—no matter the condition.

The care team installs a protected smartphone with the VoiceLove app at the patient’s bedside.

The nurse invites the family to join the patient’s secure communication channel.

Family members download the app and begin sending voice messages.

Messages play automatically at the bedside, offering comfort even when patients can’t interact.

Patients can press a simple button to send voice messages back to their loved ones.

Nurses may request re-orientation messages, which are specifically designed to orient a patient to their situation and can change on a daily basis. When appropriate, the nurse plays your re-orientation message which the patient will recognize as being in the voice of a loved one, providing additional comfort when they need it most.

VoiceLove helps restore emotional connection and improve outcomes by giving patients what they need most: presence, love, and reassurance.
