The Volaris 2.0 app offers a cleaner interface and faster performance compared to its previous version. Booking flights and managing reservations is more intuitive, though some users report occasional glitches. Overall, it's a solid upgrade for frequent flyers seeking convenience on the go.

Volaris is the most scammy airline I've ever been on in 50+ countries. They try to force you to sign up for v.club (annual subscription), basically impossible to say no, they cancel flights last minute with no information, and they make you download this terrible app so they can track you and send push notifications. I try to fly viva or aeromexico whenever I have a chance.

I tried calling customer service, but there is no option to speak to a human. 2 people found this helpful. The Volaris app is super easy to use! Booking flights, checking in, and managing reservations is really fast and smooth. I love having my boarding pass right on my phone. Highly recommend.
