Predatory Airline! Volaris is THE most frustrating airlines I’ve ever dealt with. The app constantly glitches, crashes, and loses reservations, and their customer service is almost impossible to reach. Everything feels designed to charge extra fees,seat selection, bags, even basic changes,and none of it actually works. Delays, poor communication, and a confusing check-in process make the whole experience stressful and unreliable. Save yourself the headache and choose any other airline

I tried to change my flight's date, I had the flexibility combo which should allow me to change it for free and simply pay the difference in price of the new ticket if it's more expensive. The new date I wanted said $0 to change it, but it simply wouldn't let me and I'd get a box saying I had to communicate via phone which ultimately leads to chatting through Whatsapp. They forced me to pay an extra charge which they never explained. Useless app, useless Volaris. Rats, thieves, liars.

New Volaris App sucks, constantly freezes or won't open, extremely inconvenient when you're trying to get your boarding pass AND the stupid Volaris website won't let you download your boarding pass without going through the app. That should be changed immediately, you should be able to access your boarding pass via the website without having to use the app, because the app doesn't work 90 percent of the time. old app worked much better.
